For the third consecutive year, ten or so employees will go for a three-days-immersion in a castle to learn or rediscover the tricks for our lifework! Whether they are consultants, intrapreneurs, designers, data scientists or developers, all our employees will participate at least once in our Academy.

Far from proposing a lecture, the Saegus Academy is organised around 2-hour modules, combining theories and practical workshops around our profession, its tools, methods and models, speaking, leadership, management, but also putting situations in order to acquire the reflexes and thus be able to manage the daily difficulties.

Throughout the stay, associates and managers accompany employees day and night to deepen, guides, share their experiences and answer queries from the participants!

Frédéric Brajon, our managing director, made a joined presentation last Saturday 23th of September with Microsoft and Odoxa to exchange on data protection. After the massive cyberattack that offended the American company Equifax and stolen 143 millions of personal data, questions arise on people’s and companies’ personal data protection strengthening against criminal groups that now have unlimited virtual means.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entry into force on May 2018 will play an important part for companies and citizens, but we need to reinforce measures taken by companies to help them moving from a static audit culture to an ongoing process of weak signals identification using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
